Required Skills:

Minimum of 7+ years of business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, or related experience.

Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting well-formed business and functional requirements.

Experience working directly with business units and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable delivery artifacts.

Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, process flows, use cases, data requirements, and functional specifications.

Experience using AI-assisted tools or techniques to support requirements development, documentation, analysis, summarization, or backlog refinement.

Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, decision logic, exception handling, and operational process improvement.

Ability to analyze deterministic rules-based processes as well as judgment-based business decisioning.

Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working with product owners, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders.

Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity, and produce high-quality requirements in a fast-paced delivery environment.
